Traceability

All of our seafood products must be traceable from their can code back to the vessel(s), location of fishing, species, dates of fishing trip, and fishing gear used. Suppliers must send full catch certificates and additional documents to support traceability. We support responsible sourcing and continuous improvement. We seek to establish a consistent monitoring system to guarantee that all materials can be tracked through supply chain.
